Located on the corner of North Campus, the Battle House allows our ministry to have a local presence and meet the needs of our students. Though beautiful and historic, the home had become outdated in recent years and found itself in need of repair. The funds provided by this anonymous donor were dedicated solely to repairs and updates to the house. We have been busy working toward restoring the parts of the interior before the fall semester. The updates include refinishing the hardwood flooring, new paint, new fixtures, repairing or replacing furniture, and new appliances. Our hope is that the facility would continue to meet the needs of students and staff for years to come.
